Below are the supplies I use personally at home. After doing so many printable activities, I’ve found that it’s most helpful to always have these basic supplies on hand.

Print out and cut up the sheets into the separate pieces. Laminating would be a good idea as it makes it much easier for the child to move the pieces around.
Place the apples in one pile and leaves in another. Match up the uppercase letters on the apple to the lowercase letters on the leaves.
You can make this into a group game by dividing up into teams to see who can match them up the fastest.
You could also turn it into a gross motor game. Hang up the apples on twigs or branches using string. Ask the child to jump up to harvest the apple from the apple tree and match up with the leaves.
VTech Alphabet Apple – This toy teaches phonic sounds, the alphabet, spelling, words, numbers and even telling time. Although VTech brand toys tend to be on the more expensive side, I personally find that they last longer and they do keep my children entertained making them worth the money.
